Real Time Posting: Post Car Deals, RO's, Parts Invoices, Checks etc. in real time.
No end of day or overnight batch processing required. Daily Reports are ACCURRATE!
Enhanced Data Conversion: ACS can convert a substantial amount of Reynolds and ADP Data. Detailed Service conversion allows the Advisor to drill down into history from an ACS closed RO screen and see the 3 C's, tech information, and parts from an RO that was closed on the previous DMS. Parts department can view a closed invoice, and the closed deal conversion allows the F&I manager to see how a customer's previous purchase was structured. In addition ACS can create a Customer Value Report utilizing this converted history, eliminating the need to wait 3 years for the data to rebuild.
No Limit Multi-Tasking Open as many screens on each PC as you need. This eliminates need to purchase extra ports and sessions just to open two or three screens. To encourage system utilization, ACCESS included free service tech and non-management sales licenses.
Single Line invoicing from ACS: The monthly support you agree to at sign up is what you pay. No extra charges for financial statement changes, VIN updates, etc.
Two Exceptions:
1) F&I Forms (Both Impact & New Laser Print Digital Dealer Documents are available)
2) Special Custom ACS Built Reports
Telephone Reverse Look up: Quickly fills in new customer information in Sales Prospect, Parts Invoice and Service RO screens.
